On Friday, March 21, former San Marcos High School standout Alex Fernandes’ current college team, the San Jose State Spartans, won 14-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Air Force Falcons.

The game took place at Excite Ballpark. This was their first matchup against the Falcons this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 22 at 2:05 p.m. at Excite Ballpark against Air Force Falcons.
