On March 13, the Cal State Los Angeles Golden Eagles, which includes former Mission Hills High School star Destiny Walker, were defeated 79-75 by the Vanguard Lions during the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.
The opening-round game took place at Nicholson Arena at 7:30 p.m. and was the first time the team faced the Vanguard Lions in the tournament.
