Darrell Issa, a U.S. Congress member representing California’s 48th district since 2021, shared a series of announcements and acknowledgements through his social media account. Later the same day, Issa shared his support for Temecula and Galway Downs as an ideal location for an Olympic venue. His statement, “Temecula and Galway Downs is the perfect choice for an Olympic venue,” indicates his enthusiasm for promoting the region for international events.
