Former Ramona High School standout Jaden Talle and the Newman Jets dropped a 12-4 decision to the Missouri State Lions in their NCAA Division II baseball contest at 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 17.
Warren Turner Field was the venue for the game, marking the first time these teams faced off this season.
Talle pitched four innings, giving up three earned runs while striking out four and walking two batters.
The Jets are set to play next on Friday, March 20, at 3 p.m. against the Rogers State Hillcats at McCarthy Field.
