On Saturday, April 19, former Valley Center High School standout Ryan Hakes’ current college team, the Crown Polars, won 11-4 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Northland Lumberjacks.

The game took place at Missile Park. This was their third matchup against the Lumberjacks this season.

The Polars’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 22 at 2 p.m. at Missile Park against Concordia Moorhead Cobbers.
