On Sunday, April 6, former Valley Center High School standout Ryan Hakes’ current college team, the Crown Polars, won 7-2 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the UW – Superior Yellowjackets.

The game took place at NBC Baseball & Softball Complex. This was their third matchup against the Yellowjackets this season.

The Polars’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 3 p.m. at ISG Field against Bethany Lutheran Vikings.
