On Sunday, March 2, former Poway High School standout Jack Sanders’ current college team, the Cal Poly Pomona Broncos, lost 7-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Chico State Wildcats.

The game took place at Nettleton Stadium. This was their fourth matchup against the Wildcats this season.

The Broncos’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 6 p.m. at Scolinos Baseball Field against Cal State San Bernardino Coyotes.
