On Saturday, March 29, former San Marcos High School standout Caitlyn Early’s current college team, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, won 7-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Virginia Cavaliers.

The game took place at Melissa Cook Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Cavaliers this season.

The Fighting Irish’s next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 30 at 11 a.m. at Melissa Cook Stadium against Virginia Cavaliers.
