On Saturday, April 5, former Valley Center High School standout Ryan Hakes’ current college team, the Crown Polars, won 8-6 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the UW – Superior Yellowjackets.

The game took place at NBC Baseball & Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Yellowjackets this season.

The Polars’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 6 at 1 p.m. at NBC Baseball & Softball Complex against UW – Superior Yellowjackets.
