Of the 3,675 people living in Hidden Meadows CDP in 2020, 46.7 percent (1,718) were women and 53.3 percent (1,957) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Inland News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 178. In the 65 and over age range, there were 495 females and 641 males.
