On Sunday, February 18, former Rim of the World Senior High School standout Marina Merola’s current college team, the Saint Katherine Firebirds, won 14-13 in their NAIA game against the Antelope Valley Pioneers.

The game took place in Palmdale, California. This was their first matchup against the Antelope Valley Pioneers this season.

The Firebirds’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, February 24 at 12 p.m. in Claremont, California against CMS Athenas.
